My third volunteer project (after working at Volcán Arenal and in a turtle project) was again quite different. However, I enjoyed myself again, even though it was incredibly hot.

This time, my work was not too exhausting (in fact, three of my six working days I spent at the entrance, checking tickets), and I had enough time to enjoy the park and its wildlife – even without the herds of tourists, as the park already closes at 4.00 p.m. (i.e. well before sunset), leaving almost two hours to enjoy the deserted beaches.
