High-Speed Sightseeing in San Francisco

My "Best of the West" tour (organized by Trek America) was due to start in San Francisco today, so I flew in yesterday. In the afternoon, I went on a whirlwind tour of the city.

Fortunately, I already spent a day in San Fransico seven years ago, so I did not really feel rushed, even though I just had about three hours of daylight for sightseeing. I took a leisurely walk from my hotel close to Market Street through Chinatown to Pier 39. From there, I took the Cable Car back.

At the start of our Trek America tour, we also walked the Golden Gate Bridge. So, I was able to fit in another must-do.
