Our visited started in the lake region, where we concentrated on the area around Pucón. There, we climbed Villarrica vulcano (among others).

After that, we explored the Chilean fjords aboard the Navimag ferry between Puerto Montt and Puerto Natales.

January 11 – 14, 2008 – Torres del Paine

Finally, we did a four-day hiking trip in Torres del Paine National Park. This turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Chile.
