January 4, 2008 – Going to Pucón

This morning, we took the public bus from Argentina to Chile. Directly at the border, we could marvel the beautiful Lanín vulcano.

In the afternoon, some of us went rafting. Me and two other of my travel companions, however, took the bike to the Laguna Azul.

January 5, 2008 – Volcán Villarrica

On the next day, we hiked to the summit of Villarrica vulcano.

After five exhausting hours, we could finally peak into the crater of the vulcano.
