This time, it is a bacterial infection (again). I have no idea, though, how I got it&nbsp;&#8211; aside from the fact that this may happen practically everywhere here in <span xml:lang=\"es\" lang=\"es\">Nicaragua<\/span>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Whatever the reason, I definitely have to take antibiotics at the moment. Moreover, I already missed the first two days of my Spanish classes I was supposed to take. However, I am optimistic that I will be able to take some classes tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Still, it is annoying: On the one hand being sick itself, and on the other hand I have to cancel my planned activities. I wanted to do a canopy tour (zip-lining) and possibly go scuba diving. However, I am not allowed to do any sport&nbsp;&#8211; especially since the (very strong) antibiotics have tendon rupture as a possible adverse reaction.<br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soon I am really getting sick of this: I am ill for the fourth time on this trip!
