So, I suddenly had a <em>negative<\/em> transfer time. Therefore, I had to leave Brussels two hours earlier. At least, this then gave me about an hour and a half to stroll through Frankfurt (despite the apparently obligatory delay).<!--more--><\/p>\n  <div class=\"wp-bkab-hoch_re wp-caption alignright single-image\">\n  <p class=\"image\">\n   <a href=\"20250511_105829\/\" class=\"lightbox-link\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img270x360\" src=\"..\/..\/..\/..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/20250511_105829-270x360.jpg\" width=\"270\" height=\"360\" alt=\"[Foto]\" title=\"Eurotower\" \/><\/a>\n  <\/p>\n  <p class=\"wp-caption-text\">\n   Eurotower\n  <\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n<p>I took full advantage of this opportunity: From the main train station, my route first took me past the Eurotower, the former headquarters of the European Central Bank. Then, I strolled into Frankfurt&#8217;s old town, to the R\u00f6merberg.
