Bernie's Journeys

My first stay in Montenegro in September 2010 left me in awe of this beautiful country. In particular, I liked the city of Kotor which has a superb location at the very end of the bay of the same name, surrounded by mountains.

But not only the coast, also e.g. Lake Skadar in the central region is worth a visit.

During my second visit (in June 2011), I discovered the true gem of the country: its mountains which are mostly untouched by tourism.
