During my early teens, I have already been to Germany twice. However, at this age sightseeing did not appeal to me too much. Therefore I have only been to the Deutsches Museum in Munich, I have done a harbour cruise in Hamburg (in the rain), and I have spent a couple of hours in Bad Schandau (situated in the former Eastern Germany).
In January 2005, I was "really" sightseeing in a German City for the first time: in Hamburg. In October 2005, a 24-hour-stay in Hessen (or, more precisely, in Frankfurt am Main) followed, on occasion of the birthday party of a friend of mine. However, I also had some time for sightseeing.

Some of the pictures taken during these two trips in the year 2005 are on display in a small photo album.
It took me until early autumn 2024 to return to Germany for some (very) short sightseeing stays: On my way to/from France, I stopped for the night in Baden-Württemberg (or, more precisely, in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart).
