Today, I went on another guided tour, this time to Skadar Lake. However, I could not profit of the commentary of our tour guide – it was all in Russian. But Skadar Lake is enjoyable even (or especially?) without comment.

Unfortunately, we could not really appreciate the fact that the lake is a bird's paradise, because the birds are most active in the early morning. Nevertheless, the three-hour boat trip on the lake (with two short stops for jumping into to water) was very enjoyable. In particular, the dense vegetation of water lilies near the shores at Virpazar, our starting point, was very idyllic.
