For the last two days, I have been hiking in the High Tatras, along the mountain ridge which marks the border between Poland and Slovakia.
Yesterday, an Australian I met at my hostel and me hiked up to Kasprowy Wierch, and then along the ridge towards the West, enjoying the fine views of both Poland and Slovakia.
Today, we (this time also accompanied by an US-American), hiked from Kasprowy Wierch (which we reached by cable car this time) towards the East, along the so-called "Eagle's Trail" (Orla Perć). This route required more scrambling over rocks than hiking, but offers even more spectacular views of this mountain range.
