On my way home, I made a stop at Grüner See (which I already wanted to visit for a long time). It might not have been neither the ideal weather nor season, but it was still worth the detour.

Grüner See is best visited in sunshine in early summer. Then, the water level is the highest, and the crystal clear water can be fully appreciated. However, you probably also have to expect (much) bigger crowds.
