As my trip back from my holidays in the High Tatras left me with a free train ticket Bratislava, I took the opportunity for a short trip to the Slovakian captial today.

I concentrated on the Old Town and the castle. However, even these few destinations (without any visits to museums or restaurants) kept me ocuppied for the better part of the afternoon.

For the return journey, I decided to splash out and go by boat instead of train: The trip with the Twin City Liner was, despite its rather high price, indeed worth its money.
