I spent the last week in Stresa on the shores of Lago Maggiore on occasion of the "Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Conference" (ASMC). Of these seven days, the first four were just leisure days (on my own expenses). During this time, I explored the region together with a colleague from the FH Steyr. Having enjoyed my stay very much, I can only recommend the Lago Maggiore as a holiday destination.

Atlantic Maritimes
In late summer 2006, I explored the "Atlantic Maritimes" – from Acadia National Park (Maine) all the way to Cape Breton (Nova Scotia).
Canadian Parks West
Three days in Montréal, three weeks in Western Canada, and five days in Washington State make for a great holiday.
Visiting some Fellow Students
What do you do in the weeks before your final exam at the university? Travel, of course – why learn at home?
Australia
During a whole month, my father and I have seen a large part of the northeastern quarter of the continent: from the coast to Kakadu, and from the reef to the Red Centre.
Study Abroad in New York
Spending four months studying in New York is a good opportunity for exploring the "Big Apple".
Touring California
During our tour through California, my father and me visited (among others) Los Angeles, San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Death Valley and even the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
