Tourist Crush in Tallinn

Tallinn can be compared to Dubrovnik – as far as the number of tourists is concerned. When I visited the Old Town for the first time three days ago, it was that crowded that I almost turned around again.

In the end, I went on a short stroll through the Old Town, and found some spots that I did indeed like. For example, the view ofOld Town from the top of the tower of St. Olaf's Church is quite nice. Moreover, the views from the viewpoints in Toompea , the upper part of Old Town, are enjoyable as well.

Today, I finally went on the Tallinn Free Walking Tour, and learnt about the history and some legends of the city (and also Estonia). This tour was quite interesting as well.

You were lucky, Tallinn, you almost blew it!
