After spending the last few days staying just outside the gates of Valletta and exploring the island from there, today it was finally time to dedicate a day to the Maltese capital itself.

I have already been doing this for a few hours at a time over the past few days. All in all, I already got a good impression of the sights of Valletta. Still, there is more to come: Even though my vacations are now at an end, I am not saying farewell to Malta just yet.
